Upon entry, staff was very friendly and helpful. The office and facility are nice, and clean. The staff members were open to answering questions, quite knowledgeable in response, and they care about your dental health. Thankful to have found such a nice place through my insurance provider.

Plainfield Dental Care is hands down one of the best dental offices I’ve been to. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. I especially want to shout out Monika, who has been absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond every time, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly stand out. You can tell she really cares about the patients, and that makes a huge difference. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, and the entire team works together seamlessly. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated like a person and not just a patient, I highly recommend Plainfield Dental Care. Love this dental office! We’ve been coming here for about 18 months and have been very happy with our experiences. Stacie a great hygienist, and everyone there is friendly. They are great at accommodating our busy schedules. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience here! The professionalism of the dentists and nurses is at the highest level. They do their best to explain the process and keep you calm throughout the visit. I've been going to Plainfield Dental Care for several years now. Dr Ferdkoff is an amazing dentist. He is very up to date on the latest technology and wants the best for his patients. Stacie is my dental hygienist, she's the really the reason I keep coming back. She is so sweet and she makes me feel comfortable and welcome, always remembering the last conversation we had. She’s also very gentle and thorough, so I look forward to my next visit... which is crazy, because I used to dread going to the dentist! The office has a very relaxed atmosphere and wonderful staff.

Dr. Oleksandr Grechko is an outstanding dentist whose professionalism and skill are truly remarkable. Every visit is handled with precision, care, and attention to detail. He explains procedures clearly, listens to all concerns, and ensures a comfortable, stress-free experience. Dr. Grechko is also very positive, making it genuinely pleasant to work with him. I highly recommend Dr. Grechko to anyone who wants expert dental care with a personal touch. I would also like to give a special mention to his assistant, Svitlana - she is incredibly attentive, friendly, and always makes patients feel welcome and at ease. It was a truly pleasant experience, and I hope others will feel just as comfortable and confident during their visits to the dentist.

I had a great experience with this dental office. They were able to get me in quickly when I was dealing with an infected tooth that was causing me discomfort. Dr Grechko took excellent care of me, explained everything clearly, and made the extraction process as comfortable as possible. I also appreciated that they accepted my insurance which made the whole experience much less stressful. The staff was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Grechko and the team to anyone needing dental care.

I walked in and Becky up front was simply a peach! Then I sat down out front in the plush lounge waiting for my 10 o'clock. Then this very nice lady called Irina the new assistant came and took me to the back. ( she was so kind) She sat me down and then Dr. Grechko came in as always and was very nice and totally professional. He does this thing when he sticks you with the needle by shaking my lip and I never feel the needle prick. He then proceeded to drill my small cavity with grace. I never felt to much pain and he always asked you ok? Then the assistant kept me from drowning with amazing suction ability. They are the best! Then the lady did my night guard Larysa is probably my favorite!!!!!! She is my favorite besides Mrs. Antisdel. If you want a real professional team then I suggest coming here. I left with a huge smile and no pain. Thanks Team. Вы все делаете меня очень счастливой

My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to the area about four years ago, and we’ve consistently had a great experience. We’ve seen a few different dentists over the years, and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Most recently, I saw Dr. Grechko, and I was especially impressed. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the visit, and showed a level of care that really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his patients. The entire staff is always welcoming, friendly, and efficient, which makes every visit a positive experience.
